Do I need to be making money already?
We look for founders with consistent income from their business, roughly $5,000 per month or more. It is less a financial screen than evidence you are past the hobby stage and can build without worrying about rent.
Is the house furnished?
Fully. Beds and linens, hotel-grade towels, privacy dividers, common furniture, dishes and silverware, coffee machine, vacuum and cleaning supplies. Bring clothes and a laptop.
Is there a dedicated workspace?
Yes. Desks, monitors, and proper chairs, so you are not working from your bed or a cafe.
Are meals included?
Meals are not cooked for you, but the house runs a meal-prep fridge, and we are securing resident discounts with local coffee shops, restaurants, and meal-plan providers.
What actually happens in the house?
At least two events a month: networking nights, BBQs, and mentor sessions with founders two to three years ahead of you, plus group trips. The calendar builds your network so you do not have to.
Can I have guests over?
Yes. Friends are welcome. It is a focused house, not a closed one.
How do I apply?
Apply through the form on our site. Everyone who fits goes to an in-person interview. We are deliberate about who lives here, because the community only works if everyone in it raises the bar.
